Oct 29, 2019 · Now the flashing D light indicates that we have a transmission related fault being recorded by the module. Now with all these lights coming on we likely have several codes being set. The first step to get this fixed would be scan with a compatible scan tool to see what codes have been set. 3. Use one of these methods to reset the PCM memory: ^ Use the OBD II Scan Tool or the Honda PGM Tester (A). ^ By removing the BACK-UP fuse (7.5A) (B) from the passenger's under-dash fuse/relay box (C) for 10 seconds . Sounds like when I had a bad coil twice on my 2002. Shop replaced coil and plug on 2002. The symptom is rough idle, check engine light blinking, TCS light on. I think the TCS light is a secondary problem or not valid.
